For me, success isn't about chasing someone else's definition of achievement. It's about finding clarity in what you want from your career and stepping into the confidence to make that a reality, in a way that's aligned with your authenticity.

This connection isn't just personal, it's what drives retention, performance, and culture. And when it's missing, organisations feel the cost. That's why I work on both sides of what I call the leadership gap, the crucial middle layer of a business: frontline people leaders and emerging mid-level professionals.

My Story

I started my career as a structural engineer and project manager, with the privilege of working on projects I still drive past and admire. I had a great team, I was progressing through the business, I was "successful" — on paper. But inside, I felt misaligned.

It wasn't until I stepped into people leadership that I found my passion. Supporting and developing others quickly became the most rewarding part of my career and it inspired me to pursue coaching.

I focus on supporting my clients move forward with clarity, remove the blocks holding them back so they can step into their full potential.
