Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read our policy carefully before purchasing workshops, trainings, or digital products.

1. Workshops & Trainings

Change of mind (more than 2 months prior): If you decide not to attend the workshop you enrolled in and notify us two (2) months or more before commencement, you will be entitled to a refund. Refunds will be made using the same method as your original payment. To apply for a refund, email natalie@realignyourlife.com.au with details of the workshop.

Materials provided: If books, manuals, or other physical materials have been provided as part of your enrolment, these must be returned in perfect condition before your refund is processed. If not, the refund amount will be adjusted.

Payment plans: If you entered into a payment plan with a discount, payments must remain current. Failure to do so will result in the discount being forfeited, and you may be required to pay the full program price and/or a penalty.

No-shows and withdrawals: If you do not attend, abandon, or fail to notify us of your absence, no refund will be provided. At our discretion, you may be offered a place in another workshop within 12 months from the date of the original workshop.

Participant conduct: If a representative of Realign Your Life deems you unfit to participate (e.g. disruptive behaviour), you may be asked to leave immediately. No refund will be given, and all training materials must be returned.

Unforeseen circumstances: In the event of a national emergency, act of God, terrorism, or natural disaster, we reserve the right to reschedule or relocate trainings. Refunds will not be issued, but credits may be transferred to another training.

2. Online Courses & Digital Products

All purchases of online courses and digital products (including downloadable or streaming content) are non-refundable. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you receive instant access to digital materials and therefore forfeit any right to a change-of-mind refund.

3. Your Rights Under Australian Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
