Take-home resource: deepen your practice after Imposter No More
Oct 20, 2025
Thank you so much for being part of the Imposter No More: Own Your Worth workshop.
It was a pleasure sharing this space with you. I hope it gave you new ways to think about confidence and capability in the moments that matter most.
As promised, below is a resource to help you continue the work we started together, Choose to Check-In Audio Guide.
This short practice is designed to help you pause, notice what’s coming up for you, and connect with the parts of you that might need support or reassurance in moments of stress or self-doubt.
Before you listen, you can watch this short introductory video on Internal Family Systems (IFS), which is the framework that inspired the Choose to Check-In practice. It’ll give you a sense of why this approach is so effective and how to get the most out of it.
Once you’ve had a chance to watch, you can go straight into the audio whenever it suits you:
This is the deeper, inner-work. Try it when you have a quiet few minutes at home or before a big day at work. I’m really interested to hear how it lands for you, let me know what you notice.
Thank you again for showing up today, for the workshop, and for yourself.
With appreciation,

PS If you’re interested in learning more about this model, I recommend looking into the work of Dr Richard Schwartz, he developed IFS, and Gabby Bernstein who created the at-home method for people to practice themselves, her book on this topic is called Self Help.
