Here is the Choose to Check-In audio practice, designed to help you turn inward and connect with the parts of you that may feel triggered or under pressure.

Before you dive in, here’s a short introductory video on IFS (Internal Family Systems). Watching the video first will give you a sense of the framework, so the audio practice flows more naturally.

PS If you’re interested in learning more about this model, I recommend looking into Dr Richard Schwartz, he developed IFS, and Gabby Bernstein who created the way for people to practice this check-in process by themselves, her book on this is called Self Help.
